This tiny bar in the heart of the city isn't cheap so we recommend checking the prices before ordering - annoyingly they aren't advertised on their chalk board beer list. However the beer range is pretty good and they promote London breweries, hence keeping it in the Guide. Beers are offered in one third or two thirds pours only. There's a separate but related spirits and cocktail bar downstairs.

Small bar in a side street near to the Bank of England. They specialise in serving beers from London breweries with a mix of regular beers, such as core Signature Brewery, and rotating guests. Only open 4 days a week it is, nevertheless, worth seeking out. Take a look at the large London map on the wall for a snapshot of the brewing scene a few years ago!
